Neil joined Taylor Engley in 1984 and became company director in 2005. He is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and specialises in residential property valuations and sales. Having worked in Eastbourne for many years he is well known in the local property market and has been able to build up an extensive network of experienced local contacts, which has often assisted in helping sales to proceed smoothly to a successful completion.
Neil believes in excellent customer service and will always work with your best interest at heart.
Sarah is one of the longest serving members of the team, having joined the company back in 1994. She is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and has a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings and takes great pride in providing a friendly, honest and reliable service to all her clients. Sarah’s office won Gold at The British Property Awards in 2021 and she puts the success of the branch down to the fact she has an excellent team offering outstanding customer care.
Harriet has worked in lettings since 2009, learning her trade in central London before moving back to Sussex, the area she grew up in and knows best. She provides a professional service in which she focuses on high levels of customer care to both Landlords and Tenants.
Paul started off in corporate estate agency in the late 1990s before joining the Taylor Engley team in 2001.
In his free time, he enjoys a game of tennis/squash and a round golf. He also enjoys watching his beloved football team West Ham.
He loves to travel with his wife Julia who together have two sons and lives in the Old Town of Eastbourne.
Sadie was born in Sussex and has good local knowledge of Hailsham and the surrounding areas. Sadie started her career in estate agency in 1987 training in London in the heart of the busy West End and from there she began her passion for property. She moved back home to Sussex after 5 years and continued her love for estate agency and property, even so far as building her own family home.
Sadie joined Taylor Engley in 1999 and is very committed to retaining repeat clients and helping buyers to find their new home. Her experience of sales progression covering all aspects of the property sale from acceptance to completion helps navigate buyers and sellers alike.
Karen has been a negotiator with Taylor Engley since 2013. Her role includes viewings, sales progression and general assistance with all aspects of the buying and selling process.
Karen has many years of experience within the property sector which helps her to fully understand our customer’s differing needs and to deliver the best and most stress-free service we possibly can.
Lorraine joined Taylor Engley in 2017. Highly enthusiastic, her motivation comes from a love of houses and finding buyers their ideal home. She very much enjoys working at Taylor Engley and looks forward to helping clients and buyers alike, with all their property needs.
Lorraine spends her free time relaxing with family and friends and enjoying plenty of walks around our very beautiful part of the south coast.
Gina joined Taylor Engley in 1997 as a trainee negotiator and is now the Eastbourne secretary. She has qualifications in Estate Agency and customer service.
Gina loves to spend her weekends with friends and family.
Ellie joined the company in 2020 as a trainee negotiator. She has a real passion for property and for helping people find their dream home. Having lived in East Sussex all her life, she has good local knowledge of the area and is looking forward to progressing her career with us.
Michaela has recently joined Taylor Engley after previously working in agency.
She has a real love for property and has lived in Sussex most of her life giving her a great knowledge of the area.
In her spare time Michaela enjoys spending time with her children and family.
